What I like best about Wilmac Continuity Replay is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require a lot of training to get up and running, which has made adoption across the team very smooth. The overall performance has been excellent; searching and replaying interactions is fast and reliable, even with large volumes of data.
Another standout aspect is the level of support. The support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. There isn’t much to dislike about Wilmac Continuity Replay, as it has been a very reliable and easy-to-use solution overall. If I had to point out a couple of minor areas for improvement, the ability to adjust column widths would be helpful for better viewing and organization of data. That said, it’s already my understanding that this is being addressed in an upcoming update, which is great to see.
Another small improvement would be adding a “forgot password” option directly on the login screen to streamline account access when needed. Currently, that process could be more convenient as we are not utilizing LDAP at this time.
