## Wilmac Continuity Replay Reviews
  ### 1. A Simple, Reliable Solution That Replaced a Complex Headache

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wilmac Continuity Replay?**

What I like best about Wilmac Continuity Replay is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require a lot of training to get up and running, which has made adoption across the team very smooth. The overall performance has been excellent; searching and replaying interactions is fast and reliable, even with large volumes of data.
Another standout aspect is the level of support. The support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it’s a well-designed, dependable solution that makes day-to-day tasks more efficient and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Wilmac Continuity Replay?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Wilmac Continuity Replay, as it has been a very reliable and easy-to-use solution overall. If I had to point out a couple of minor areas for improvement, the ability to adjust column widths would be helpful for better viewing and organization of data. That said, it’s already my understanding that this is being addressed in an upcoming update, which is great to see.
Another small improvement would be adding a “forgot password” option directly on the login screen to streamline account access when needed. Currently, that process could be more convenient as we are not utilizing LDAP at this time.
Outside of these minor items, the platform has performed very well, and overall the experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Wilmac Continuity Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wilmac Continuity Replay has solved a major reliability and complexity problem for us. Our previous system was extremely difficult to manage, requiring multiple servers and constant maintenance. Support for that solution was also challenging, which made troubleshooting time-consuming and frustrating.
In its final year, the system had become so unstable that it was only accessible through the app server, which meant all requests and work had to be funneled through a single point of access. This created a significant bottleneck and placed all of the responsibility on one person, making it inefficient and unsustainable.
Since moving to Continuity Replay, those challenges have been eliminated. The platform is straightforward, dependable, and accessible, which has removed the single point of failure and allowed the workload to be distributed much more effectively. It has significantly improved day-to-day operations and reduced the administrative burden compared to our previous solution.

  ### 2. Continuity Replay: A Simple, Intuitive Call Recording Retrieval System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wilmac Continuity Replay?**

Continuity Replay made it extremely easy for us to store and retrieve legacy call recordings. The implementation and integration were a breeze, and we had everything up and running in less than a month. Replay is very simple to use, but the features it does have—especially search—make it straightforward and pain-free day to day. When we showed users how to use Replay, there was very little change management needed. It felt simple and intuitive, and everyone took to it immediately, especially compared with our legacy recording application, which people still hated using even after years.

On the support side, anytime we reached out to Wilmac, they were extremely responsive and got back to us quickly. Overall, we needed very little support once Replay was installed and our legacy recordings were converted.

**What do you dislike about Wilmac Continuity Replay?**

I honestly never saw any downsides. The only issue I ran into was when users hadn’t gone into Replay in a while and couldn’t remember the link to access it, since they were so used to the legacy system. Aside from that, Replay was incredibly easy to use.

**What problems is Wilmac Continuity Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Continuity Replay helped us solve was the high cost of storing and retrieving our legacy recordings. Our previous software provider wanted an exorbitant amount of money just to give us the ability to store and access those recordings. Wilmac charged a fraction of that cost and, frankly, offered a better product overall—easier to use and more intuitive for managing the recordings.
