What I like best about Wilmac Continuity Replay is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require a lot of training to get up and running, which has made adoption across the team very smooth. The overall performance has been excellent; searching and replaying interactions is fast and reliable, even with large volumes of data. Another standout aspect is the level of support. The support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it’s a well-designed, dependable solution that makes day-to-day tasks more efficient and easier to manage.

Continuity Replay made it extremely easy for us to store and retrieve legacy call recordings. The implementation and integration were a breeze, and we had everything up and running in less than a month. Replay is very simple to use, but the features it does have—especially search—make it straightforward and pain-free day to day. When we showed users how to use Replay, there was very little change management needed. It felt simple and intuitive, and everyone took to it immediately, especially compared with our legacy recording application, which people still hated using even after years. On the support side, anytime we reached out to Wilmac, they were extremely responsive and got back to us quickly. Overall, we needed very little support once Replay was installed and our legacy recordings were converted.
