Continuity Replay made it extremely easy for us to store and retrieve legacy call recordings. The implementation and integration were a breeze, and we had everything up and running in less than a month. Replay is very simple to use, but the features it does have—especially search—make it straightforward and pain-free day to day. When we showed users how to use Replay, there was very little change management needed. It felt simple and intuitive, and everyone took to it immediately, especially compared with our legacy recording application, which people still hated using even after years. On the support side, anytime we reached out to Wilmac, they were extremely responsive and got back to us quickly. Overall, we needed very little support once Replay was installed and our legacy recordings were converted.
