## About WildPlanner
WildPlanner is a cloud-based rate management and quoting software solution that helps tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), and safari businesses centralise supplier rates and build client trip quotes from a single database. Tour operators and DMCs typically manage rates from multiple suppliers — lodges, camps, guides, and transfer companies — across scattered PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads. WildPlanner replaces this fragmented workflow with a structured, centralised rate database that teams can access, update, and quote from in real time. Operators can import and store supplier rates from PDFs, CSVs, and spreadsheets into one organised database with no volume limits. From that database, trip quotes are built directly without rekeying data, reducing manual errors and cutting quote turnaround time significantly. RACK and STO rates are tracked side by side, giving operators a clear view of profit margins per trip. The Core plan includes bulk rate uploads in any format — PDFs, CSVs, or JPGs — which are automatically structured and ready to use in the database. Quotes and itineraries can be exported to PDF or CSV for client delivery or use within existing quoting templates. Team members can be invited to work from the same rate database, eliminating version control issues, outdated documents, and transcription errors. WildPlanner is designed for growing tour operators and safari businesses that have outgrown spreadsheet-based workflows. It is particularly suited to owner-operated and family-run businesses managing high volumes of supplier rates and needing faster, more accurate quote turnaround. Pricing starts at $30/month for solo operators and $80/month for growing teams.

**What do you like best about WildPlanner?**

The team have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Taking the time to answers questions (No matter how silly), listen to suggestions and welcome feedback. 

Their implementation of improvements, feedback, assistance is extremely quick all while keeping you updated the entire time, 

You can tell this software has been built from a place of care. 

WildPlanner bridges a gap in the tour operator world for smaller operators  needing a quoting system.

**What do you dislike about WildPlanner?**

As it is fairly new there are of course learning curves for both users and providers but this is to be expected.

**What problems is WildPlanner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been looking for a quoting system that could handle multi currency itineraries that was easy to use and not cost an arm and a leg.
