Everything broke all the time, you lost money, and then they would blame you. They made every small thing that should be easy difficult for no reason and randomly locked you out of your account for no reason. We lost so much time, money, and effort that it ended up being better to literally build our own reservation system. The integrations break all the time. They're horrible. They purposely blacklist their competitors and make it really difficult for you to integrate with those platforms. The pricing is completely insane and through the roof. And there's fake and terrible AI built in with no real human support. **What problems is Bókun solving and how is that benefiting you?** none ### 2. So if i see that tour get good engagement and the anither is not, so I can compare and improve the second one. And it could be on the any level. The team are wonderfully supportive and always answer any queries which is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Bókun?** Being unable to export supplier information or see the XML information which means a lot of frequent mismatches. If we could export information or see the XML, we could self serve! **What problems is Bókun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bokun solves the issue of availability and stop sales for popular product.
