The service from our representative is always great

The call centre needs improvement, the call takers need to reread what they write and attempt to clarify with the caller

**What problems is WhistleBlower Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide the platform for the intake and organization of tips. That meant we didn't need to design our own.

This is a minor issue but the number of cases should be correlative.

Intuitive design and ease of use and excellent service -we have worked with them for well over a decade.

Sometimes it is hard to remember my password

I would highly recommend WhistleBlower for global ethics hotlines.   The Customer Success team is outstanding.

**What problems is WhistleBlower Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Both business and human resources issues are addressed and solved through using this service.  We have unearthed some real problems that we didn't know existed.   It has allowed us to identify, react and resolve these issues.  It has allowed us to protect our employees and our organization.   We highly recommend them for ethics and compliance services.
