## Whatspot Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Desk Booking and Visibility, But Icons and Day-to-Day Navigation Take Getting Used To

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatspot?**

Easy to book a desk. You just go in, pick the day and choose from what’s available. It was nice to see who's in the office before I booked. Also quick to see what desks or rooms are free. I found it very helpful for someone with autism.

**What do you dislike about Whatspot?**

Sometimes it’s not immediately obvious what certain icons meant without clicking into them, so there’s a bit of trial and error at the start.

Also if you’re just quickly checking across different days, it can feel a bit repetitive going back and forth rather than seeing more at once.

**What problems is Whatspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it in my old job for desk booking at one office we used for the day as a remote company. I used it because it was the only option. I did like it though as it was useful for someone with autism to see who was sat where and where I may want to sit.

It’s like having a personal assistant that organizes my daily schedules for me and manage my time, so I can focus on more important work.

**What do you dislike about Whatspot?**

It is a great tool, but I think its notification system can be improved. Sometimes Reminder system bit inconsistent due to that i have to check the booking slot manually. Sometimes, I don’t get notifications until right before my booking.

The app has proven to be a fantastic tool for managing bookings and spaces. Whether for business or personal use, Whatspot simplifies the process of managing and scheduling meeting rooms, workspaces, and other resources.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it simple to set up and manage your bookings. One of the standout features is the real-time availability tracking. It prevents double bookings and makes it easy to see what's available at a glance. It also offers excellent customization options, allowing you to tailor the booking process to fit your specific needs. The automated email and SMS notifications are a great touch, keeping everyone informed of their bookings and any changes.

**What do you dislike about Whatspot?**

It could benefit from more integrations with other popular tools like Google Calendar or project management apps. This would make it even more versatile. The pricing might be a bit steep for very small businesses or individuals who don’t need all the advanced features. A more affordable tier for lighter users could make it more accessible.
