**What do you like best about Welkin?**

I like the easy to use templates for client notes, drop down menus and check mark areas. It makes note taking more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Welkin?**

Occasionally it can be glitchy: once or twice it wasn't saving my note and timed out.  I'm not sure if that was my operating system or the product, however.

**What problems is Welkin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic files are so much less cumbersome than hard copies and easier to access, find, and add to.  For example, it's great to be able to update and track the treatment plan.
