What do you like best about WebCheckout?

I like that we are able to easily identify a student from their name or student id and see what items they have checked out at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebCheckout?

I dislike some of the error messages given after attempting to checkout an item. The error messages could be a little more specific and descriptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WebCheckout:

Definitely use WebCheckout if you want a quick way to easily manage a large inventory. It works great for technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebCheckout solving and how is that benefiting you?

With WebCheckout, we are able to easily manage all of our inventory and check them out to other students and faculty. A huge benefit is being able to check a patron’s checkout history and easily identify the number of checkouts and the time their items are due back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmitigated Mess"

What do you like best about WebCheckout?

I like that we can do an advanced reservation and reserve items for a customer ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebCheckout?

Where do I even begin? Managing items within the software is near impossible. We have many items that we no longer even offer for checkout that we can actually delete from the program because there is no option to remove these items from the software. I like that WebCheckout has a powerful search engine, good management for resource life cycles, and works relatively well in terms of keeping track of available/checked out resources.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how crash-prone Webcheckout can be; our current install of it seems to crash a bit too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
