It takes so many steps just to get to one page and it crashes frequently but sometimes it doesn’t even save the work

<p>You do not need a special piece of software installed on your device to gain access to your SDS system. You do not need to download anything. Simply enter the URL for your SDS site in a browser, login, and start to work.</p>

I am not sure about the security features on this yet.
