**What do you like best about WealthConnect?**

It's based on the salesforce ecosystem which is great, allowing multiple third party plug ins to be added.

**What do you dislike about WealthConnect?**

The out of the box product is not viable for a financial services practice to use. After 9 months of paying a third party implementation company to configure the system, we abandoned the software. Worst of all, there was ZERO assistance in providing data extracts that only they can provide and we still have data trapped on their system that they will not release.

**What problems is WealthConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was meant to be an all encompassing CRM however it was buggy and not configured for the Australian market. For instance out of the box options included hobbies and interest such as "college basketball" which an American sport, not an Australian one.

I like the goal setting. If you have something you really want you can put the information in and it will help you set a plan to achieve it.

Nothing that I can think of right at this time

I would recommend. It is very easy to use and makes everything so easy to keep up with.

Reaching goals. Knowing where I stand all the time and knowing what I need to do and when.

**What do you like best about WealthConnect?**

Where do I start for wealthconnect. Great way to track wealth management to all user groups. Found it user friendly and the support is second to none. Would recommend

**What do you dislike about WealthConnect?**

So far nothing I would say I dislike. It's a great software that I thoroughly enjoyed. Pricing from what I've compared may be slightly higher than other options.

**What problems is WealthConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthconnect solves tracking prices, leads, tasks. It acts as a investment assistant similar to AI. This makes portfolio management a breeze and auto rebalances
