As the owner of multiple businesses (but sharing teams and staff between organizations) I need a scheduling tool that will be capable of the feature described above. And Vyte hands down.... **What do you dislike about Vyte.in?** More native integrations. There is Zoom or MS Teams but there are a way more tools that could be connected (natively) to Vyte. On the other hand, they have API so it shouldn't be an issue. Also I would love to see the option to be able to edit my scheduling page in terms of image, adding more banners etc. Say promotion? Or even add more attributes. Phone and email is not enough... Sharing option - button, embed a page. How about QR or a deep link? **What problems is Vyte.in solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vyte makes it easier for us in terms of scheduling different teams and organizations. You can create a pool with your staff (team appointment) which solves our need. So basically you can add all your team members and your customer picks a slot of the available staff. No need setting up 1 by 1. ### 2. Keeping track of these schedules and time differences was a pain! Now, everyone can select times that work for them and we can pick the one that works best for everyone. **What do you dislike about Vyte.in?** Support can be a bit slow to get back to you. It's a newer company so probably limited staff. I haven't had any serious issues to report and they do eventually fix any problems I've reported. **What problems is Vyte.in solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling meetings with multiple people across multiple time zones. Never a fun task to accomplish and even worse if one person needs to reschedule, throwing everyone into chaos. Now we don't have that problem. ### 3. The product is very pure and stable. I'm in control of what details I want to be public, so only busy/free is available to people external from our organization. **What do you dislike about Vyte.in?** if you need to set up a specific event (for example to schedule a meeting during particular days), I did not find a way to limit my calendar availability only to those days so people can choose amongst them. **What problems is Vyte.in solving and how is that benefiting you?** It became way easier scheduling meetings that involve people external to our company. We can see the availabilities of our partners, vendors, tech provider companies in real-time so the collaboration has really become quicker and instant. ### 7. This means that you don't need to reveal ALL your availability to people who want to check your schedule for openings. Vyte is also probably the best way to schedule meetings with three or more parties by using a poll. You choose the options and then participants vote on what works for them. When the results are in, you can see the first time that works for everyone and then send an invite instantly., **What do you dislike about Vyte.in?** 1. Sometimes Vyte emails are picked up as SPAM. You need to make sure that your recipients are looking out for the emails from Vyte. 2. No way to create a Zoom meeting in the Vyte app. You can create manually and then paste the link and login info in as a workaround. 3. When you send out a poll, Vyte will place "OPTION" meetings on your google calendar. This creates some unnecessary clutter in your calendar until you take the poll results and send invites. **What problems is Vyte.in solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Scheduling multi party meetings is now much easier, though still not perfect 2. Sharing availability with the public or people outside your org is now easier and you have more control over what is shown Both of these are a timesaver and reduce the number of emails that you have to send to coordinate. ### 8. Their entire scheduling interface, setup process, and UI is extremely intuitive and well-designed. The tool is great because it makes it really easy to invite anyone to schedule a meeting with youm and view your availability simply. There are also various features that allow the inviter to customize privacy of calendars, availability settings, etc... that are comprehensive to make the invite page suitable for any individual. I like that the tool is so transparent with the settings and interface that I feel really comfortable knowing that the scheduling and availability is behaving exactly as I expect it to. **What do you dislike about Vyte.in?** There isn't really much to dislike here. Everything about the interface is super-intuitive, the pricing is competitive and very straight-forward. **Recommendations to others considering Vyte.in:** For those that are still scheduling meetings and sending availabilities via email, this tool is incredibly easy to sync up with a variety of calendar sources and is incredibly easy to integrate into any workflow. The capability of customization of vyte.in and simplicity of their interface makes this tool definitely worthwhile. **What problems is Vyte.in solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vyte.in incredibly simplifies my scheduling process. Instead of sending colleagues my availability via email, I can send them a link, and if they've used vyte.in before, they can easily preview and sync their availability and mine. The tool saves an incredible amount of time every time I use it, and also reduces the amount of scheduling emails that would normally be in that chain. The cost of using vyte.in is definitely worth the amount of time this scheduling tool saves. ### 9.
