"By far the best digital platform i worked with!"
What do you like best about vVenues?

vVenues have a lot to offer and what I like most is the overall 360 strategy and flexibility of building an event from registrations to pre-event content with engagement to the live aspect on the actual event day. We at Dell technologies have, since the start of the pandemic, converted all our flagship events to vVenues with increased experience, higher engagement scores and in general higher attendance with better satisfaction. We believe a platform like vVenues will be crucial for not only digital events but also as supporting the physical events with content, gamification and possibility have people all over the world participate safely and excitingly. Something that also stands out is the possibility for customization; many other platforms have a static look and feel with only the opportunity to change branding and colors. With vVenues we get the event tailored and rebuilt in a few weeks for a new environment and experience suitable for the theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

With all platforms, there usually are limitations to what you can do, but vVenues tick 19 of 20 boxes of features we as a global company need which is close to perfect. We are constantly applying feedback to the team for further developments that benefit all platform users. There is nothing really to dislike as the team behind is very agile in supporting the needs to keep the experience top level. I would love to have some more options for audio experience in lobbys etc, but I know that this is on the roadmap for 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern and useful in an digital era"
What do you like best about vVenues?

I really like that it gives the impression of a physical venue and not another teams-meeting. It's effortless to host a more extensive gathering or conference with different moments without sending out multiple links. Easy for participants to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

Nothing really. It gives an overall satisfying experience and is very user-friendly. Maybe the chat function could be developed further. Interaction is rather hard otherwise in the main stage area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A truly engaging virtual event platform!"
What do you like best about vVenues?

I am impressed by the intuitive design and the many ways to interact, network, and engage in vVenues. I think the looks of the platform give excellent branding opportunities, and with the many different rooms, you get the feeling that you meet and greet as if you were attending a physical event. Another advantage is that you can mix lots of pre-recorded content with live-streamed scenes to create an exciting and dynamic event program that the attendees can pick and choose from depending on interest and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

I see many opportunities with the platform and honestly cannot find things to dislike. I think vVenues is over-performing the other options I have come across, and the team is very responsive to suggest solutions and add new features. They continuously improve the platform, and I am looking forward to upcoming releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A modern atmosphere"
What do you like best about vVenues?

That you can create whatever you are in need of, while giving a modern touch. If you need a lot of discussion rooms, more fun games, information-sharing etc, you can create it in a really modern way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

For most people, it all makes sense. But we did encounter some issues where customers did not find what they were looking for on the platform, most likely due to the fact it actually is 'too modern'. I would really want to be able to test the platform before it goes live, something that was not available at the time we used vVenues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable front- and backend for both admins and attendees, create stunning digital events in a flash"
What do you like best about vVenues?

The admin interface is fast and easy to use. Also, the customization is endless in both chats and rooms. We have created 3D-models of a complete fair. We chose vVenues over vFairs, On24 and Hopin due to the interactive features and excellent customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

Sometimes hard to be pixel accurate with setting up action-points, I know they are working on a fix for this. Some minor bugs in the admin interface that needed to be fixed by customer service, however it was solved fast with a phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"vVenues an intuitive event platform with an interactive environment that engage delegates & sponsors"
What do you like best about vVenues?

vVenues is a one-stop solution! The intuitive design makes the virtual event experience as close to an IRL event as possible. Already when you sign into the event platform, you get a feeling of entering an event environment and not just any traditional digital meeting in a presentation mode and a chat. The possibilities to design several rooms and areas for content distribution and exhibitions is endless and very impressive. Interactive sessions by video and chat tools make it easy for delegates and sponsors to communicate. This enables a successful and intuitive layer for lead generation and peer-to-peer discussions between delegates and sponsors. On top of that, the top-notch tailor-made design makes the event experience fun and easy with possibilities to "walk around" in an endless amount of rooms and areas just like IRL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

There are endless possibilities using vVenues, and I cannot think of a thing that I dislike or haven't been able to rethink together with the makers to create value for my customers' experience. vVenues is most compatible for desktop rather than mobile though. "Best digital event so far - creative and engaging!"
What do you like best about vVenues?

I can highly recommend this vVenues solution, I think they've nailed it!

Capturing the atmosphere from a congress with large audience sessions, if not better thanks to the high audience interaction;

seminars; engaging smaller panel tracks; hang-out areas that actually work. And really cool way of actually capturing the brand expression and feeling throughout.

Definitely going to look into this for our company going forward.

I'm hoping this is the future instead of standard kick-offs and fairs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

No, nothing that I can think of at this point. I've only been a participant so far, but would like to orgnaise a partner-event or internal kick-off using this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional and user friendly"
What do you like best about vVenues?

The flexibility in the platform. And as close to IRL you can get in a digital world. And you feel safe that the technical part will work, and you can focus on your stuff (content etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

Don't really dislike anything about Vvenues, but if you're having a minor event, the platform might be a little bit costly. And to make it perfect, it would be nice to have full access to the visitor data in real-time (you get it afterward, so you do get the data). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about vVenues?

3D environments with interactivity provide opportunities for memorable moments that make people feel like they had a real experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

It isn't always easy to program custom experiences inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"stable and flexible platform that is very user friendly and easy as a guest to navigate around"
What do you like best about vVenues?

simplicity and flexibility of the platform. As a guest, you get the feeling that you are the most physically present event Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vVenues?

at present I can not think of anything negative.

This we would have our annual kick off with 500 employees on site, so we chose another room with a different technical platform, unfortunately we had a lot of technical challenges and problems. I wished we could work with Vvenues instead, so ahd evi did not have its challenges, but we could not change technical supplier in this studio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
