**What do you like best about Vozy?**

The best thing about the voice assistant is that it can be programmed to make calls in different time zones and call attempts, and once the voice assistant achieves effective contact, it provides all the information about the obligation and schedules an appointment which is attended by a human agent, generating value in localization and recovery.

**What do you dislike about Vozy?**

What I don't like is some modules of the new website, especially the reports module. In the "Show Columns" button, the system does not save the selected fields, so every time a new report is generated, it is necessary to select the fields. Additionally, I would like more support from my account advisor. But overall, we have been doing very well with the functionality of the voice assistant.

**What problems is Vozy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that the voice assistant solves is the location of debtors.

**What do you like best about Vozy?**

The company mobilizes in favor of its customers, in the implementation and post-sale processes they seek to build satisfactory experiences with each common customer. The tool itself works very well and allows for quick construction and modification.

**What do you dislike about Vozy?**

I believe they should delve much deeper into customer self-management and autonomous handling. So that the relationship with customers has little friction and allows them to focus more on new use cases.

**What problems is Vozy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Topics associated with scheduling, portfolio management, and IVR, which have been developed based on training and repetition. It has allowed us as a company to quickly gain reach to customers.

It is a technological tool that facilitates communication with customers at low cost and with high efficiency and impact. Easy to use and self-managing. It requires little to no infrastructure to operate with it.

**What do you dislike about Vozy?**

I consider that an area of opportunity is to soften or customize the voice of the virtual assistant in a more natural way, without losing the essence of the tool itself; however, some clients believe it would have more acceptance with them.

**What problems is Vozy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the processes of after-sales service and/or collections, observing an increase in portfolio recovery at a low cost without the need for human resources dedicated to such recovery.

Vozy has allowed us to surprise our consumers with the automation of after-sales service confirmation, through a tool that configures several important moments of our process by sending quality and timely messages for service delivery. With Vozy, we have embarked on a path of new technologies in processes that we previously did not believe were possible.

Accompaniment to the continuous improvement of the process, evaluation and monitoring of findings at different stages of the process that allow for error correction, result improvement, or changing the initial design with proactive proposals.

At the beginning, the tool had problems and we took a while to solve them.

**Recommendations to others considering Vozy:**

It is important to know the details of how the tool works in different services. In my particular case, we only focused on understanding how it worked for appointment reminders and based our implementation of something new solely on that case.

Problems: calls that we do not identify how they concluded
Benefits: replaces the need for human agents to make these calls
