What do you like best about Vozy?

The best thing about the voice assistant is that it can be programmed to make calls in different time zones and call attempts, and once the voice assistant achieves effective contact, it provides all the information about the obligation and schedules an appointment which is attended by a human agent, generating value in localization and recovery. What do you dislike about Vozy?

What I don't like is some modules of the new website, especially the reports module. In the "Show Columns" button, the system does not save the selected fields, so every time a new report is generated, it is necessary to select the fields. Additionally, I would like more support from my account advisor. But overall, we have been doing very well with the functionality of the voice assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
