What problems is VoxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

Faster and easier access to the message content. The user can read the text message in a few seconds, instead of listening to the whole voice message. Can also search, filter, and archive the text messages as they wish.

"One of the best tool to translate audio message to text message"

What do you like best about VoxSci?

Its very easy to use for our development team and for users also. Implementation was easy by using VoxSci API. We use it quite frequently in our customer support CRM. It have great features like integration with 3rd Party CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoxSci?

I would suggest to improve littile bit documentation for API usage otherwise everything is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VoxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used VoxSci for answering our customer support question via voice email and from voice email to the text and this text is being search in our database, once the search is completed this text was converting back to the voice mail and send back to the user as feedback.
