It syncs real time with our calendars and we were able to cancel other booking tool subscriptions because everything is offered on one platform by Voxiplan. **What do you dislike about Voxiness?** So far, nothing to complain about. The platform is straightforward and keeps improving. **What problems is Voxiness solving and how is that benefiting you?** We replaced multiple subscriptions with one tool. The booking widget and AI assistant handle appointments, calls, and FAQs. It was important for us to have an automated way to answer the phone because we are often in meetings.
