The support team is extremely efficient, and all of our requests have been handled and resolved very quickly. The price-to-service ratio is absolutely unbeatable. The platform is also easy to use, and we received a very detailed explanation of all the available features. **What do you dislike about VoiceTiles?** There’s nothing we dislike. At the moment, it’s been a great solution for us. **What problems is VoiceTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of our main business strategies has been to expand into other markets, but that would mean changing all the existing texts in the exhibition. With a tool like VoiceTiles powered with AI, it’s easy to add new languages without making a lot of modifications to the exhibition itself. ### 2.
