**What do you like best about VoicePing?**

I like that VoicePing makes team communication fast and easy, especially when quick voice messages are more efficient than typing. It’s convenient for real-time updates and helps keep everyone on the same page

**What do you dislike about VoicePing?**

Sometimes, the notifications can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to keep track of older messages. Also, if someone is in a noisy environment, voice messages aren’t always practical.

**What problems is VoicePing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoicePing solves the problem of slow and inefficient communication in virtual workspaces by enabling quick voice messaging and real-time collaboration. This helps our team stay connected, respond faster, and work more efficiently, especially when typing isn’t practical.

**What do you like best about VoicePing?**

Super simple to implement, Different departments can have their own dedicated channels, allowing staff to use headsets for Group Walkie Talkie communication while still attending to guests seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about VoicePing?**

No big complaints, desktop application Interface could be better designed but great nonetheless.

**What problems is VoicePing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of using personal cell phones and having delays not to mention the device being visible to clients/customers. VoicePing gave us a new discreet way to communicate.
