**What do you like best about Vocaza?**

vocaza is very helpful in many expectations for a organisation wether it is a small one or bigger one
few things I would like to mention about this software as plus point are below
1. easy to made surveys and gather information at a centralised task
2. easy to get data result from surveys and based on tht easy to draw confusion
3.so many different ways to reach customers

**What do you dislike about Vocaza?**

as this is a French software.their site is int fresh so sometimes while google translate some words are not correctly translated by google which leads to some confusion sometime ,but that happens very rare but still I think they should make their site originally in English so tht they can capture a large number of audience

**Recommendations to others considering Vocaza:**

well done vocaza you have made so may works so easy for all

**What problems is Vocaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has made work like a cakewalk the work which employees used to take months to do is easily finished now between weeks .We all are so happy to found this software

The layout is simple and easy to use, my new employees have no difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Vocaza?**

Support is a little slow, but nothing that spoils your experience when trying to answer questions.

The research helped me a lot to see my work and goals in a new and better way, I tell you all.

**What problems is Vocaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic customer feedback has made my services much better.
