We have our phone system, payment system, appointment reminders, e-signature and our ai with viva. Everything is integrated and the AI knows everything about a patient when it’s answering an inquiry for existing patients. When a new patient calls or texts the office (or contacts us through the chat widget on the website), the AI provides information that the patient needs and books appointments for them and writes it into Dentrix.
