What do you like best about VitusVet?

The ability for owners to submit refill requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VitusVet?

Everything else! They have routinely had errors when our PMS ran an update. It would disrupt their service and for weeks we went without knowing they weren’t pulling information or updating our patient records. Tech support is terrible! They only respond via email so you never actually get to speak with anyone regarding your support related problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
