  ### 1. Improvements Are Being Made to Reliability and the Portal

**What do you like best about Vitelity?**

Vitelity's dashboard has been upgraded to make number manipulation, number ordering and general navigation much easier.

**What do you dislike about Vitelity?**

There continue to be issues with service reliability.  I still receive outage notifications but now they are much less frequent than before.

**Recommendations to others considering Vitelity:**

Be wary of the constant outages that seem prevalent in the Vitelity network.

**What problems is Vitelity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the enhancement requests involving the portal have been implemented making navigation and overall ease-of-use better.  In addition, they are working on their network to improve reliability.

Good customer service and fast response time.

**What do you dislike about Vitelity?**

We were on an old platform and they did not reach out to let us know to upgrade or switch over, then our phones went down.

**What problems is Vitelity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unknown - they only answered what I asked.  No one reached out to let us know of any available changes.

**What do you like best about Vitelity?**

The ease of use and reliability. Ordering vanity numbers is easy. The new portal is smoother and works on cell phones.

**What do you dislike about Vitelity?**

The fax back service was not reliable. We had to always factory reset boxes as a step to fix issues and it's not an easy process for the client.

**What problems is Vitelity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved efax issues we could offer cheap service to a client for email to fax.
