We produce raw goods for companies that produce a final product. Vision 33 had a difficult time figuring out how to set up SAP for our business. Looks like they need a younger generation with new ideas. **What do you like best about Vision33?** We like various training videos that Vision 33 has provided. **What do you dislike about Vision33?** The usage of hours being charged without providing an agenda or an update as to where the hours were used by the consultants. **Recommendations to others considering Vision33:** Keep track of consultant hours and make them accountable. Ask for a project map and timeline. **What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are installing SAP to do away with paper waste and try to save the environment from waste and the cutting down of trees. SAP provides an opportunity to be more efficient when it's set up correctly. **Official Response from Sarah Coish:** > Hi – Unfortunately due to your anonymity, we are unsure of your role or experience and can’t specifically address your concerns. Your comments are unfortunate to hear. With Vision33’s formal methodology and full project team, we establish a steering committee for every new project – comprised of Vision33 project team members and executive and project representation on the client’s team. Together – we work to ensure there is clear documentation around each SAP Business One project and mutual agreement of what a successful project will look like. This ensures everyone has clarity around project goals. As to your comment about lack of transparency around billing, you may not be aware that our consulting organization formally tracks and reports all project hours by any Consultant.
