Virtuous is extremely user friendly and is great for internal management of fundraising, events, donations, and donor realtions. I love using Virtuous to communicate with my donors, track metrics on how they are responding to that communication, set up automations to take out the busy work of doing things one by one, and send tasks to other team memebers as deadlines/check in points. Virtuous is the main software my organization uses, we log on daily. The customer support aspect of Virtuous is awesome, we have our main rep (shout out to Aaron B!) who aswers all of our questions whenever we need and will get us to the people we need to go to if he does not know the answer. The only downside is not having a tap to pay feature, like if someone walked up or wanted to make a quick annonymous donation, they still need to go through the process of leaving name, phone, address, email, etc. However we voiced our concerns to our rep and our feedback was added to a list for new deleveopment/edits to the platform.
