**What do you like best about Virtual Resort Manager?**

Connectivity to other sustems such as AiBNB Homeaway etc

**What do you dislike about Virtual Resort Manager?**

Transitioning from one system to another (ie systems used before implementing VRM) was too much of a manual process

Lack of ‘built in help text’

Lack of flexible kitty in configuration (ie  certain fixed attributes did not relate to our vacation rentals at all yet we could not change them or the sort order they appeared in)

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual Resort Manager:**

Make sure you know exactly what is NOT included in the base price
Have them walk you through how you would set up one of YOUR reservation (beginning to end with changes) and not using one of their basic examples 

**What problems is Virtual Resort Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better reporting  although the lack of certain BASICS like confirmations not included in base price was a surprise
