I constantly have to log in when I’m trying to use Virtru. Whether I’m on my phone or my laptop, I’m repeatedly asked to log in and verify again. It’s especially irritating when I need to view documents in a crunch situation or when I’m in a rush, because I end up having to go through verification emails even when I’m already logged in. I have had a recurring problem where my email will initially indicate that it sent, but then get kicked back shortly after with an error message saying it was not sent. Virtru does a great job at keeping the documents secure. It is easy to use when it is working. I use the toggle button that shows up right at the email you are composing.
