The different scopes like randomization, data mapping, translation, reference ranges etc are easy to configure and implement. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** Implementing updates in a form for any existing subject breaks Sign / CRA / SDV of all subjects, this updates can not be customized based on subjects. Easy to navigate through pages and tabs, and if you have any difficulties understanding how to use viedoc, they have a handy feature called e-learning which can be very useful to refer to. Data reviewing is made easy for me due to viedoc from raising queries to data reviewing , most importantly the data exports tool is amazing to pick and choose what data you wish to export. ### 5. The CRA role is too similar to the clinic roles regarding the view of subjects etc. It is difficult to see what data is new, changed, requires actions etc when there are more than 5 forms in a visit, since each visit only flags more than 9 actions as "9+", making it so there is no overview. There is no way to mark only certain forms as SDVd in the Data review console, for instance if PK-forms have all been SDVd as it is primary endpoint of the study. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** A need for electronic data capturing and the possibility to monitor that data. ### 11. It also has a great built in data reporting system which makes creating adhoc reports very easy. Role definition and Study schedule is simple to interpret but can perform complex visibility One best thing is configuration report which i haven't found in any other EDCs i have worked so far. E learning are simple and easy to learn **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** I have worked mostly in design. so we face dificulties while desgining forms. so, It would be more convenient if multiple users could work on the same ODM versions. If they introduced deleting ODMs and subject data in training site which can be very usefull for executing multiple scenario **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** First and foremost, I love their support team. They are quick in response and solve problems which are quite effiecient in timelines. The release notes or updates which we could see the comments we adddressed back are implemented. This software is better than competing products as the functions are precise to clinical trial data entry functionality. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** The ability to enter times and dates could be improved - a button to click today as the date and time would improve this. Also, you cannot type in letters to prompt a specific preset answer to be selected, you have to scroll down and select each data point with the mouse. This saves lots of time when entering mediations and medical history into CRF/data collection forms. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is creating a systematic approach to EDC software and creates a uniform flow of data which allows for easy analysis throughout the duration of clinical trials. The automatic query function acts as a secondary checking system preventing any carry on effects of mistakes made during data entry and collection. **Official Response from Johannes Molin:** > Thank you for the review Tom! Regarding to the ability to enter dates and times - there are actually already inbuilt support for this ("current date", "current time" or even "current date and time"). There are also support for defaulting date and time fields to current dates and times whenever that is relevant. I suggest you provide that feedback to the study manager to see if the CRF design should be changed for your studies. The same goes for prompting specific entries in items - this can also be achieved through the design itself when desired! The way it consolidates all the data into a user friendly charts and reports is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** Sometime designing the scopes such as data mapping, edit check coding, or designing is comparatively difficult. For example, if there is multiple visits or the complicated visibility conditions or edit checks, it would be harder to code. And sometime data mapping does not work as expected because of some bugs. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes huge data storage and data management feasible. Customizable features that provide flexibility. Presence global template makes it easy to reuse customised templates in multiple studies. Able to download the ODM, makes Viedoc stand out from other EDCs. Availability of specific e-learning at each page. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** The Viedoc coder module does not have updated drug codes and all the ATC levels , including umc-assigned codes present in WHODrug, inturn we have to proceed with coding for a much general ATC. A drawback that feeds time consumtion is the fact that multiple users are not able to function at the same time. Unavailability of Data Freeze and Data lock. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, Viedoc coder didn't have the feature for populating the Adverse event or Medical history indication ( only sequence number was populated), hence we had to revert to the specific event or medical history to review. Currently , we Viedoc has updated the feature to populate the indication along with the sequence number, making it easy to use in coder module. ### 19. I liked how easy Viedoc is so that even a fresher can understand its navigation. The colour that Viedoc used in its interface is so good that I loved to use it for a long time. I have worked as primary designer and I felt implementing a design in Viedoc is easy and it is easy to change the design if needed. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** The things that I would want Viedoc to implement so that it would create a better experience for user. 1. While taking e-learning I felt that reading a long paragraph about a feature is little tiring, so i would recommend a video e-learning. 2. I used split group while designing and when I took the configuration report, the second group was not visible in Configuration report. 3. While designing Study workflow, I have created different events of different cycles. But when in between due to the sponsor request i removed an event which lead to rearranging the entire event name and entire activity name. 4. I would be helpful if freeze option is implemented **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** In Viedoc it is very easy to design a form and it saves a lot of time. One of the useful feature in Viedoc is to be able re-use fields from other forms by grouping and moving it into global template which I felt so fascinating. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** As per the professional prospective, the user interface is too colourful and that is the main thing that I dislike about Videoc. In medical coding module, it would be better if auto code option is implemented. Also, in queries page, clicking on the query navigates to the respective form however, it is not possible to go to other dependent forms. I was of the opinion that Viedoc is not that great, but my opinion completely changed after working in it. It was easy to understand and work on. Use of configuration report to review the design. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** In Viedoc Schedule page, changing the Study event ID, Activity ID of all the visits can be made much simpler. While two users are working in the same version, being able to save the updates without any loss. What really sets apart Viedoc from other EDCs that I have used in the past is the great customer service- Viedoc have been there to support every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble for the team. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** My overall experience of using the platform has been very positive but I am not a huge fan of the current platform for query reporting, locating missing data, and overall metrics reporting. I find this area is not as intuitive as the rest of the platform and it can take a bit of 'trial and error' for me to be able to bring up the content that I want. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all of our study data in one place, including data provided by the core lab, is great.
