The interface is intuitive and easy to use, making study setup quick and efficient. The predefined standard templates provided by Viedoc are very helpful, and the regular updates consistently bring useful new features. Viedoc support is consistently responsive and pleasant to work with, whether the request is something simple like an account reset or much more technical with suggested alternatives, and even anticipation of potential challenges. This is a real strength of Viedoc, as it allows us in turn to be very responsive to our own clients.

It's easy to use and have good user interface as well as repetitive tasks can be automated which reduces the burden. It integrates easily with third-party systems like eCOA.

Viedoc helps me to get clean and structured EDC data that is very easier to convert into CDISC standards like SDTM and ADAM. Also, I like most that it provides an edit checks and system validations that is very powerful that reduce programming rework and helps in data cleaning.
