What do you like best about Viedoc?

From an end user's perspective, the look and usability of the EDC is quite intuitive. Even those with no prior experience using EDC can quickly learn how to navigate and operate it independently, without the need for classroom training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

When the Lab normal ranges are updated retrospectively, we have to manually resave every affected form. This becomes a massive task, especially if the study involves many Subjects and Lab forms are included across multiple visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use EDC for collecting Subject data in the Sites/Hospital and its the primary part of the Clinical trials to prove that the study drug is actually effective against the indications. What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc helps me to get clean and structured EDC data that is very easier to convert into CDISC standards like SDTM and ADAM. • User-Friendly Interface: The Viedoc eCRF platform is intuitive and easy for both site staff and monitors to navigate. Data entry screens are logically designed, which reduces site burden and minimizes queries.

• Customization & Flexibility: Their team worked closely with us to tailor CRFs to our protocol requirements. They demonstrated strong flexibility when mid-study updates were needed.

• Responsiveness & Support: Viedoc provided timely responses to our questions and quickly resolved any technical issues. Their helpdesk and project managers were accessible and knowledgeable.

• Compliance & Quality: The system is fully aligned with ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations. We found the audit trails, validation checks, and reporting capabilities robust and inspection-ready.

There could be more customization - like searching field IDs and replacing if possible, in the Outputs and Labels page similar to that of the adding Output labels.
