The ease of implementing edit checks and visibility rules mean I can design the exact form I need to get accurate data. The study workflow can be set up exactly as is needed and everything can be tested in training before going to production. We use Viedoc every single day, it is the center point of my day. This EDC integrates the data management and medical coding that I do on a daily basis. Raising queries, exporting data, pulling any kind of report can be done with the click of a button and saves me so much time. The entire Viedoc team are amazing! When ever we need assistance they are only a quick email away. Also, in Site Settings, it would be better to show the time zone as IST instead of Kolkata, since that would be more convenient for both designers and site users/customers. It doesn't require extensive coding knowledge; it's quick to get in and start working. It has a modern look and feel that's really nice, the tools and interface are intuitive to use, and the built-in features like customized report dashboards are great. From an end-user perspective, I love that queries and calculated fields update in real time and don't require a form save, and the system is fast and responsive. In the last year, they've made updates to make the Designer experience even better, like ensuring the "Add a field" tools section is always accessible as you scroll down the page designing long forms. They also added functionality to compare database versions to review changes, and a report that gives a better look at what the database impacts will be when publishing changes. The Support team is responsive and helpful, as well. I've worked on studies in several databases, and Viedoc is genuinely my favorite one. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** There could be more field customization, like options to change the height of items or indent, but there are ways to work around these missing features. The ability to have site and/or study-level documents would be useful for many studies, as well. Even those with no prior experience using EDC can quickly learn how to navigate and operate it independently, without the need for classroom training. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** When the Lab normal ranges are updated retrospectively, we have to manually resave every affected form. This becomes a massive task, especially if the study involves many Subjects and Lab forms are included across multiple visits. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use EDC for collecting Subject data in the Sites/Hospital and its the primary part of the Clinical trials to prove that the study drug is actually effective against the indications. Training as such was well-structured and organized with a big plus that user can navigate the materials on their own, independently. Video tutorials were very helpful and clear in providing information and instructions on how to complete designer tasks and challenges. There were no problems in using all the information to create our own design. When support was needed, help was provided quickly and efficiently. Building forms and schedules was interesting and entertaining. The process of creating forms is very intuitive and simple. The ability of using JavaScript for setting schedules and form dependencies was a big plus for me since it adds the possibility of using complex logic and configuration. Updates can be configured and added to original design easily. The process of collecting data and reporting the data, as well as visibility and transparency seems very well structured. In general, implementation of all the features was easy. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** Although the use of Java Script is a plus for me, I can see how it can put off people that had no or little experience in programing. There were few issues (error messages and exclamation marks) during the training that were resolved but since the training program was created and used as part of the Viedoc application, seeing those small issues or current inabilities to access system may raise doubts in stability of the applications. The design feature of forms lacks possibilities of additional editing and designing (various design adjustments, field pixillation, margins, etc.) **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viedoc is providing the system and platform to create different studie configurations and try new features.
