What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc is very easy to use and user-friendly, with a good UI. The different integrations are easy to add and program, with no lag in performance and no delays when loading EDC subjects. What do you dislike about Viedoc?

"Easy-to-Use Study Builder, but Limited for Complex Trials"

What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc handles data capture well, and I like the user-friendly screens. As a study builder, I can create studies a bit faster. I also like the signing features and ePRO. ePRO gives patients a much better experience than the other EDCs we use. The signing features work quite well for the team, especially for data managers. What do you dislike about Viedoc?

The in-form repeating log-line was a major drawback, and I’m glad Viedoc has already addressed it in this release. Another potential downside is the time it can take to implement new features; however, the Viedoc team clearly keeps improvement in mind. What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viedoc, as a system, has many features that support the day-to-day work of a data manager. "User friendly EDC"

What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc EDC is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Since I’ve mostly worked in medical coding, I find it simple, straightforward, and direct to use.

And I've done Lab integration as well, it is very seamless and easy.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

In Coder, I’ve noticed a couple of issues with ATC codes. First, generally for medications there will two or multiple ATCs available, but for some medications a few ATCs don’t show up in Coder even though they are available in WHODRUG.

Second, when I export the medical coding, only ATC level 4 is included. I understand that we code at level 4, but some sponsors require (or ask for) ATC level 2 codes as well. Right now, adding those manually takes a lot of effort, so it would be better if the export could include all ATC levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
