We also really appreciate your feedback about auto-graded tests. The great news (and a huge benefit of using Vervoe) is our AI actually grades all assessments! Once sample answers are provided, the AI is able to grade and then rank all candidates based on performance, which also helps eliminate bias.

See how Vervoe improvedIt was a great tool to weed out the people who actually seemed quite good upon first glance of their resume and get to the crux of their skills through the tailored questions. Particularly whilst recruiting through lockdowns, the video tool was useful to get a real sense of the person we would be meeting eventually. Can be fiddly to get scoring done correctly. It's AI tool is probably good for writing samples, but our test was pretty straightforward "right" / "wrong" answers and was a bit tricky to implement that basic logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't identified any downside. With any new platform there's tools and integrations I'd like to see in the future but the team at Vervoe have been receptive to my feedback of what I'd like to see developed in the future and responsive to all of my requests for further support (and there have been many!)
