It saves us a huge amount of hours every year, leaving teams to be able to focus on the right candidates, whilst also being cost effective. The suppoirt from the team is second to none, incredibly responsive and effective. My experience with Vervoe has been positive until now. I am happy with the integration with our ATS, which made it easy to connect everything. The tool performance is great, never had issues with it. The different types of assessment that can be created and distributed based on PDs uploaded. And then educating the system what to look for so we don't have to manually review every application. We're still finding people use AI to answer the questions, particularly text based questions. So will be worth us reviewing how we can substitute in different question types to combat this. We have been using Vervoe for a couple of years now and it is a great tool for candidate screening to accelerate the hiring process of the company. Its AI features have been improving to also help hiring managers make decisions more data-based. Also, we have good feedback overall from the candidate side. The AI features have been improving and could improve a bit more so it is more accurate. Some jobs are still missing from the templates section. I use Vervoe for recruiting Service Technicians in Pest Control and appreciate how quickly it helps get not prequalified candidates in with assessment tests. I like that Vervoe is a very dedicated company with expertise and hands-on implementation.
