Setting up integrations is rather easy and gives some sense of what is going on. I'm not using it regularly but manage to find very quickly what I want when I'm there. **What do you dislike about Flow?** Sometimes as and admin I want to see technical errors rather than "Error" when I'm adding integration. Cant save filters and share them with others ( app seems to be very "closed" api-wise). There is assumption that user adding the jira integration is same as the one flow should log as. I started writing my own scripts because Flow would not give me what I wanted. I like the idea of having a consolidated dashboard for my team, but the current dashboard doesn't provide actionable items that I can bring to my 1:1s **What do you dislike about Flow?** The idea of Flow is good, but the current implementation is limited to when a PR was done, but it doesn't have what I need: How is the employee performing this sprint when compared with other sprints? Are the employees working in the same area of code that they are used to? (We can check that by Jira Components) Is the employee spending more time than the norm when reviewing a PR? Is it possible to set alarms for it? **What problems is Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving my problems. It is not benefiting me. But I would take the metrics with a grain of salt. I used it closely for my team for 2 years and although it supports most good behaviours of my rock star developers, the metrics does not necessarily show that they are performing better/worse than those who don't. I believe it is a good supplemental data to provide for performance but not the tell-tale metric I would use to evaluate my team. It is also quite expensive but really still half-baked. **What do you dislike about Flow?** It does not provide drill down on metrics, this makes the individuals in the report question the numbers. As SMART metrics goes, each metric should be measurable. But PluralSight Flow does not provide that. Whilst the first iteration already gave me basic insight into the performance of my teams, the most current version gives me useful tips and advice based on the actual metrics provided. **What do you dislike about Flow?** It takes a bit of work getting the proper data in Pluralsight. Our codebase tends to move around which means we will have to re-add it to Pluralsight. This does work without issues or disruptions to the metrics, but Pluralsight does not alert you that the data has stopped coming in. **What problems is Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're not as much solving problems, as we're continuously improving on our processes. Pluralsight Flow gives direct insight into where the bulk of our workload lies. If Development teams become less effective, we use Flow to show us if they're perhaps spending too much time waiting on each other. But we doe the same even if the team works fine, it's always good to look into improvement oportunities. ### 33. They really need to fix their git alias matching system. The user roles and groups are not integrated with other Pluralsight products like SKILLS which doesn't help. Over the years, we faced multiple outages that caused the users to question the validity of the data. It is difficult to use as an input for performance when people question the reliability of FLOW. Efficiency is a metric that cannot be used reliably and coding days get impacted by normal operating practices like squashing commits and deleting branches. Pluralsight has a pricing strategy that is not really compatible with the SaaS model. They had us commit in a multi-year contract and refused to revisit the license count for SKILLS and FLOW. **What problems is Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1.
