Also, Vervoe offers a wide range of pre-made assessments to choose form and customize for our pipeline. **What do you dislike about Vervoe?** I wish there was an easier way to track the source of our candidates. Also, a deeper integration with our current tools via API would better streamline our process. Also with there were more job board options (but I do believe this feature is in BETA). **Recommendations to others considering Vervoe:** Have your hiring and on-boarding processes in place before using the platform will allow you to best utilize its features. **What problems is Vervoe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to track the progress of our candidates in a way that was a little more automated. We have a small team and we needed a way to streamline the initial stages of the hiring process while still bringing on quality candidates to interview. With Vervoe we were able to break down our process in Kanban format. The product experience allowed us to have comprehensive talent trials together in less than an hour. Vervoe also offers a library of tests made by industry experts, which were also quality. The tests allow for interesting formats through the use of video and interactive content, which was a big plus for us a creative agency. The UI was excellent — coming from a design background myself, this was something I really appreciated. **What do you dislike about Vervoe?** At the time that we used Vervoe, posting ads to job boards was about to go into beta. This was the only feature I would have requested, but it seems that the Vervoe team are already working on integrating this into the product, which is great. **What problems is Vervoe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are really limiting our risk when it comes to making hiring decisions. As a small business, hiring can be very painful if you get it wrong.
