**What do you like best about Versum?**

It is a very intuitive, friendly, and easy to use program, its interface is very nice, and it is highly customizable, it has a very affordable price, it is cloud-based so you can access the platform through your smartphone or from a computer, it allows you to improve everything related to beauty salons.

**What do you dislike about Versum?**

I want to integrate a gallery section that offers the possibility to visualize the works performed in the salon, either hairstyles, haircuts, balayage, nails, massages, among other services.

Very easy to use, user friendly, highly recommended.

**What problems is Versum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience with the use of Versum has been very positive; it allows me to schedule appointments in the beauty salon in an efficient and timely manner, in addition to being able to verify which stylists are available, their hours of operation, and to choose the one of my preference, a highlight is that as a frequent customer it helps me create recurring appointments, providing me with confirmation alerts and reminders, another very important function is the integration that the program has with social networks, so it also helps marketing.

The connection you create with the client through the platform creates a very comfortable experience for the client Thanks to the way in which the software manages your client portfolio to obtain Informacion

**What do you dislike about Versum?**

In fact, in the time that I have been using the system I have not encountered any error or inconvenience, the program is very complete, the only detail that would be that you could edit the employee permits manually

**What do you like best about Versum?**

Versum helps me to concentrate better on my work and less on the supporting activities. I am able to schedule appointments, assign employees, maintain contact with my clients and send them advertising. Before appointments, the program sends a reminder email so that customers don't forget. And after the visit they receive a request to write an review, which is a good advertisement. It is also possible to store the products and check their stocklevels and reorder accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Versum?**

The customer portal could perhaps be made a little more friendly. The apartments should be moved into the center of attention, since that is the most important thing. With the email templates I would also look forward to a larger selection. Otherwise very satisfied with versum.

**What problems is Versum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Versum is my little all-rounder that takes a lot of work off my shoulders, from scheduling appointments, to work schedules and inventory control. It also helps with advertising and customer contact.

**What do you like best about Versum?**

First of all I would like to emphasize that it is a very easy to use tool, the program is very friendly and intuitive, has many features such as inventory control, marketing, room management, automatic reminders of appointments, excellent statistics, marketing automation, in addition to offering an extraordinary relationship between quality-price and what I like is that it offers our customers the ability to make reservations online, forgetting unexpected calls or visits to the premises.



**What do you dislike about Versum?**

There is really nothing that I dislike about this program, very effective and functional, plus the customer service is great, it is worth the investment made by acquiring it.

I highly recommend it, it is very effective, easy to use and functional. We are very happy with the service provided by this program.

**What problems is Versum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Undoubtedly the greatest benefit that has provided us is a greater organization of the portfolio of customers, we have avoided inconveniences such as unexpected visits or customers who expect a lot to receive their attention, with the appointment confirmation system is guaranteed once they arrive at the beauty salon will be attended immediately, and thanks to this have increased the degree of satisfaction of our customers. Additionally, we increased our inventory controls, allowing us to make an exhaustive follow-up and a better use of the physical resources as well as the beauty products by our employees.

**What do you like best about Versum?**

like me, the configuration was very simple due to the friendly program, Versum allows me to optimize daily operations and improve the efficiency of our beauty business because it facilitates the acquisition of new customers, online booking is excellent, all appointments are numbered and easy to access, keeps track of inventory and consumption statistics of products. On the other hand the customer records are fantastic, and the visualization of the agenda with different colors per employee allows a greater organization and minimizes the occurrence of errors. It also provides financial report, reprogramming, cancellation, confirmation of the appointment, automated messages and finally its price is very attractive.

**What do you dislike about Versum?**

It is a good software we have not presented any inconvenience since we began to use it, we would like to implement some complement program at the time of some contingency as electrical failures do not lose data or violates the database of our customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Versum:**

Good program, meets all the needs of our business, additionally with several plans that you can implement depending on the size of your salon. 

**What problems is Versum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We opened a beauty salon 6 months ago and since its opening we implemented the Versum system, which has benefited us greatly in terms of having an organized agenda, saving time, inventory of updated products, facilitated good communication between myself as manager and employees, as well as customers, in the case of hairdressers can see their work schedule when they are not in the salon and a cancellation or modification in the appointments are easier to introduce than in a book of physical appointments, so our experience has been unbeatable, allowing in turn a high development of our activities, so in a short time we have earned the confidence of our clientele, so much so that we plan to expand and incorporate more staff.
