The Verkada camera system has been a great fit for the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. With both indoor and outdoor cameras, we get clear, reliable coverage of key areas. It’s easy to use, with cloud access that lets us check footage anytime, from anywhere. The motion alerts are helpful, and sharing clips is simple. Overall, it’s made our space feel safer and more secure and when we need assistance, the customer service is exceptional. Additionally, they reliably work even in our extreme temperatures, still offering video even at temperatures of -50F. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our downsides would be related to having to rely on internet in an area where internet can be spotty and the costs of the annual license. The cost is not unreasonable, the costs do give access to reliable and helpful service, but as a small non-profit, we look at every dollar spent, and this is worth or while, but we do wince when paying the bill.
