**What do you like best about Veracore?**

VeraCore is constantly looking at the industry and making changes to the system to keep up with their client's needs. They really stand out with their customer service. They are quick to respond to technical problems, will look for cost savings ways for our company to accomplish it's goals and are very competitive on custom programming prices (plus they will only charge you for the time spent, even if that is less than the quote).

**What do you dislike about Veracore?**

I have been hoping for API integration of their shopping carts with USPS for a while now, but they assure me it is on the development punch list. Reporting in the system is generally well done, but only PDF reports can be sent automatically by email. Datasheets in excel need to be pulled manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Veracore:**

There are a lot of options out there for fulfillment software, and while features are nice, in my opinion customer service should be a top decision making factor, and VeraCore delivers on it.

**What problems is Veracore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a print on demand and fulfillment company that prints, inventories and ships products for over 70 companies. VeraCore's multi OMS to single WMS strategy helps us keep order and product data separate for each of our customers.

**What do you like best about Veracore?**

It's straight forward and uses a simple interface for navigating.

**What do you dislike about Veracore?**

There can sometime be more then one way to access information and it can be a little overwhelming at times.


**Recommendations to others considering Veracore:**

I think we bend VearaCore to suit our needs.  Find a system that meets your specific requirements. 

**What problems is Veracore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage or fulfillment inventory. The reporting is a nice benefit.
