VeraCore is constantly looking at the industry and making changes to the system to keep up with their client's needs. They really stand out with their customer service. They are quick to respond to technical problems, will look for cost savings ways for our company to accomplish it's goals and are very competitive on custom programming prices (plus they will only charge you for the time spent, even if that is less than the quote). I have been hoping for API integration of their shopping carts with USPS for a while now, but they assure me it is on the development punch list. Reporting in the system is generally well done, but only PDF reports can be sent automatically by email. Datasheets in excel need to be pulled manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
