**What do you like best about Ventrata?**

The Ventrata team is incredibly helpful and warm. When I was brand new to ticketing software, they took the time to walk me through everything and answer every question. Since then, they’ve consistently been responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed them.

**What do you dislike about Ventrata?**

Some parts of the software can feel daunting at first. That said, I think this is more a reflection of our team’s lack of ticketing experience than a flaw in the platform itself.

**What problems is Ventrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ventrata consolidates everything into one flexible platform. It seamlessly connects with all our OTAs and resellers, and it can manage multiple products—something our previous ticketing system couldn’t handle. It’s also become our main data hub, replacing several separate tools and giving us all our sales and performance data in one place. Having everything centralized has made our operations far more efficient and much easier to manage.
