**What do you like best about Vendortell?**

Already during the evaluation, we could see how the incentive management module handles seasonal volume commitments and manufacturer bonuses. The ability to track purchase volumes against agreed thresholds across all manufacturers simultaneously is exactly what we’ve been missing. The dual approach is ideal for our cooperative model, managing manufacturer agreements on the vendor side and member store agreements on the customer side. The AI assistant impressed us and we expect it to let us compare terms across manufacturers instantly (‘which suppliers offer the best early-order bonus?’). Contract-to-transaction matching with our ERP data will automate what is currently manual seasonal reconciliation. Tags will help us organize by brand, origin country, product category and department.

**What do you dislike about Vendortell?**

The initial setup required some internal thoughts around how you want to structure your contracts and data. Once that framework is in place, the platform becomes very easy to maintain.

**What problems is Vendortell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the central buying organization for 182 Skoringen and Zjoos stores across Denmark and Norway, we negotiate seasonal agreements with footwear manufacturers in Italy, Portugal, and Asia. Each agreement has different volume commitments, pricing tiers, marketing contributions, and seasonal terms. We chose Vendortell because we could immediately see how the platform would transform our seasonal reconciliation process. Today, our procurement team spends weeks every season manually tracking what we committed to versus what we actually purchased. With Vendortell, every manufacturer agreement will be structured with live volume tracking and we expect to see in real time whether we are hitting our seasonal targets and which agreements generate the best value for our members.

**What do you like best about Vendortell?**

Having client contracts and platform vendor agreements in one system is exactly what an agency needs. Renewal alerts have already saved us from three unwanted auto-renewals. The AI assistant lets us search across all 150+ client contracts instantly, like 'which clients have 3-month notice periods?' answered in seconds. Task automation triggers reminders for contract reviews before renewal windows. Clean interface that our account managers actually use.

**What do you dislike about Vendortell?**

Like with most systems, the initial setup requires change management and some planning around contract and data structure. Once that framework is established on the first onboarding meeting, maintaining the platform is very straightforward.

**What problems is Vendortell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a performance marketing agency means juggling retainer contracts with over 150 e-commerce clients alongside agreements with Google, Meta, Shopify, and other platforms. Before Vendortell, we tracked everything in spreadsheets and calendar reminders and we missed things. A client contract would auto-renew at old rates, or we'd forget to renegotiate a platform partnership. Vendortell centralized everything. On the customer side, we see all client retainers with renewal dates and fee structures. On the vendor side, we track our platform agreements and partner terms. The AI pulled key terms and metrics from years of accumulated contracts in one afternoon.

Automated alerts when partner agreements are up for renewal or renegotiation. The dual approach means media partner agreements and client retainers live in one system. Tags let us categorize contracts by language, DR rating, and media type. Everything is customizable!

**What do you dislike about Vendortell?**

As with most platforms, there’s a small learning curve in the beginning while you get familiar with the structure and workflows. Once the system is up and running, though, it becomes a very natural part of managing contracts and agreements.

**What do you like best about Vendortell?**

Multi-location, multi-country contract visibility in one platform. AI extraction handled lease agreements, supplier contracts, and licensing deals accurately. Automated renewal alerts prevent costly oversights on location leases. The vendor management side tracks all our beverage supplier agreements with volume commitments. Customer-side features help manage our group booking and event agreements. Dashboard gives leadership a clear view across the entire portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Vendortell?**

Vendortell introduced a more structured way of working with contracts, which meant we had to adjust some of our internal processes. That required a bit of change management initially, but it has ultimately made our contract management far more transparent and controlled.

**What problems is Vendortell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All companies with contracts, that are not in the top 1% in the world. From small businesses with few contracts and low contract complexity, to setups like ours with multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency contracts with high complexity, and all the way up to large enterprise companies.
