
Already during the evaluation, we could see how the incentive management module handles seasonal volume commitments and manufacturer bonuses. The ability to track purchase volumes against agreed thresholds across all manufacturers simultaneously is exactly what we’ve been missing. The dual approach is ideal for our cooperative model, managing manufacturer agreements on the vendor side and member store agreements on the customer side. The AI assistant impressed us and we expect it to let us compare terms across manufacturers instantly (‘which suppliers offer the best early-order bonus?’). Contract-to-transaction matching with our ERP data will automate what is currently manual seasonal reconciliation.
