What do you like best about Vault-ERP?

We love that Vault ERP helps us to streamline our task management and offers us more effective time tracking. Our employees now can track their time under billable or not billable hours. It really helps to simplify our work and we have become more effective in terms of generating accurate reports and invoices. Thanks to the time tracking and task management modules, we implemented many solutions like improved team communication, an increase in productivity and more effective task assigning. What do you dislike about Vault-ERP?

I honestly cannot say I really dislike anything. These 2 modules really work for me. We have been using Vault ERP since 2020 and all issues or queries which we had have been solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vault-ERP?

The Checklists module is amazing. Period! With it, we easily automated our high-volume repetitive workflows. The processes are now robust, with the right & clear handoffs, alerts, reports and "super-live" dashboards. Our documentation-diligence and payment-collection processes wrt the enrolled students are key to our business success - here we have great control and real-time visibility. Our Japanese partner universities and hiring companies like the regular updates we give them, especially the consistent performance & depth of details. With document storage being centralised and access being distributed, our remote & home-based teams are all working seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault-ERP?

Certain modules like time tracking and time off can permit more flexibility and exceptions from the general rules. Some users do push back on the data entry discipline. We may need just-in-time user manuals, around such "discipline areas". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vault-ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to

* streamline our processes and increase throughput/capacity

* improve individual and team productivity

* make the documentation process a Zero Defect one.

We are happy to share that with the roll-out of Vault-ERP, we have started reaping the benefits on the above 3 points. Our core process of documentation diligence has improved by 70% in time spent; individual output has more than tripled; and our business inflows for the coming year have grown manifold.
