**What do you like best about VacationsPal?**

 A well-designed program and an affordable cost!. I love that I am able to communicate with a live person. The customer service is wonderful and easy to work with. I also love the calendar it offers! 

**What do you dislike about VacationsPal?**

More US friendly! This would be a HIT in the US!  I have wondered if the online booking is as easy for other customers as it is me. But so far, so good! I think more people in the US should use it! 

**What problems is VacationsPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not ran into any problems thus far. The advanced, yet user friendly software beats the competitors.
