The solution offers content and features specifically designed for the utilities industry, such as billing, unbilled and billed revenue, contract accounts, and operational KPIs, all built on SAC. For instance, the utilities-focused version of SAC content emphasizes integration across modules like FI-CA and IS-U.

**What do you dislike about Utilities 360 for SAP Analytics Cloud?**

Although the out-of-the-box utilities content is strong, we found that considerable effort was still required to tailor it to our particular processes, such as our unique metering workflow, multi-rate tariffs, and regulatory reporting. Therefore, be prepared for some level of customisation.
