There is also such a wide variety of skillsets available! **What do you dislike about Lifted?** My team has learned that it might be cheaper working with foreign talent, but it's not necessarily the best option. Language barriers get in the way, and it is challenging to accurately assess someone's credibility and experience based on their profile alone. For instance, we hired a few designers who got great reviews but clearly faked their portfolios and faked the amount of time they were working on the projects.
