They are great for businesses looking for a team with web design skills to take over and give them customization.

Influx was used by us to gain and keep track of our Med spa leads. We booked out of this program and managed our website as well.

It offers online customer support solutions platform. It offers platform designed for online company that gives the company global customer support.

**What do you like best about Influx?**

The points I like about influxDb are:
1. The query is simple and very similar to SQL that we use in day-to-day task
2. The integration of influxDb with the application, with statsD as well as with grafana dashboard is very easy.
3. It is a feature-rich DB, and it supports regex which allow us to create very effective dashboards.
4. Better community suppot

**What do you dislike about Influx?**

The points I don't like about influx DB are:
1. It doesn't support all kind of queries the way prometheus does
2. Takes more disk space than Prometheus
3. Not much effective to track applications proactively, but suitable for event logging

**Recommendations to others considering Influx:**

The selection of the right DB depends upon the requirement. There are many alternatives out there but influx DB has some key features that make it different from others, especially the query part, and its distributed nature gives it an edge over others.

**What problems is Influx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the influx DB for tracking the business and tech matrics through statsD protocol. We use prometheus as well and influxDb for monitoring purposes, and as influx db queries are similar to SQL queries it is easier to write and understand by almost all developers.
