We can't watch the logs all the time so Uptime Monitoring is there to notify the team if and when our application is having issues. We receive an email and text and know to look and fix accordingly. The user interface is intuitive and integration/implementation couldn't be easier, and the service is extremely reliable. I also like the service page and incident reports.
