**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Having content all in the same area for all users has been the best part about the system and ensuring everything is in one spot. Our team loves the system and thats the best part about having this system. We have been having the system almost 10 years and we love the system and now its growing to other departments which is awesome

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

Having content for 10 years turns in to a lot of information for users ro review. That becomes difficult to keep up with but also to ensure that they utilize it. But we will be talking with our team at Upland Panviva to look at AI products and more to evolve and continue to benefit from Panviva at all times.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upland Panviva is helping is with training needs. We used to have an extremely long training process before we moved to Upland Panviva and ever since the switch the training program has been faster and more efficient and we can train staff in less than half the time that before. we also receive a lot more positive feedback on training.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

What I value most about Upland Panviva is its balance between power and practicality. I find that it is not only a platform full of features, but also very easy to use. From the first time I used it, I was impressed by how easily I could implement and integrate it. The excellent customer service I received was outstanding, as they were responsive and helpful, guiding us every step of the way. Now I want to use it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

The documentation is useful, however, sometimes personally I would like to have tutorials or examples with more details. It's my opinion regarding what I don't like about upland panviva. Anyway, this is something very easy to achieve and perhaps with tutorials on the web I could solve it. Very good product.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Panviva has helped me a lot to solve the problem of staff training that was previously inefficient. With this tool, training new team members has become much simpler and faster since they have access to all the necessary information and procedures.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Well, it is a solid tool for real-time resource management, especially in industries where accuracy and compliance are critical. It’s great for reducing the time employees spend searching for information, everything is structured and easy to find, which is a lifesaver in fast paced environments like customer support or healthcare or IT support systms where I work..

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

I somethimes struggle trying to integrate it woth a multi platform system. While it integrates with CRMs and other systems, tailoring it to match a company’s exact needs isn’t always straightforward. I often end up working within its structure rather than making it work for you.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me and my organization personally, Panviva helps solve my headache of inconsistent information and slow responses by giving employees structured guidance. And that is because it ensures everyone follows the right steps without second-guessing. For new hires specially, it speeds up training by giving them answers as they work, instead of making them dig through manuals. It also improves customer service since agents can respond faster and more accurately.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

It is very user friendly, both from the Admin side and User side. It does cut down on how often team members need to reach out for help because they are able to search and find the answers themselves quickly. You can integrate it with other programs like a website or salesforce platforms. It can be set up to be used by external users like customers looking for answers on your public website. You tailor it to your companies colors with images and create engagement with the team through creative scavenger hunts you design within the platform. Its a living encyclopidia of knowlage.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

Being able to embed videos would be useful, but Panviva can link out to websites so there are ways around that.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Panviva allows our superviors to spend more time coaching and assisting Members directly by reducing the amount of calls they get from our team asking clarifying questions on our policies and procedures.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

I'm pleased with how easy it is to create and edit content in Panviva as an administrator, and the wide range of content types that can be created in Panviva and linked from other sources. I work with Panviva every day and tell my network about it whenever I get the chance.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

In the future I would love to see more reporting and analytics capabilities in Panviva, and a greater range of reports that could be generated.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Panviva as a resource has helped us be able to replace paper binders of training materials, and our staff are no longer combing through SOPs and quick guides during calls. We're able to get information communicated to staff quickly and have our processes at their fingertips at any time.

I like that with Panviva there are multiple ways to use the system. I use it for not only instructional material but product material. I the program nearly every day.

Sometimes the system can glitch when working with images but this is an easy thing to work around.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

I like the ease of use of Panviva.  It's great for writing procedures and I can resolve many simple problem myself because they are so logical.  I find is really easy to negotiate my way around - a no fuss tool.

A few hitches with sizing and position of the windows that do not remain to my desired requirements

I can write professional looking procedures within Panviva instead of Word documents.  This enables us to house and contain thousands of procedures in one place and it is super easy to navigate both for the author and user.

Panviva is a powerful knowledge base system that excels in providing real-time guidance.  Its easy-to-navigate interface helps new employees quickly get up to speed.  Step-by-step instructions and a searchable knowledge base reduce the learning curve, enabling new hires to perform tasks confidently and accurately.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

Panviva's formatting capabilities are somewhat limited, resulting in difficulties creating and maintaining complex document structures.  The formatting options can be restrictive, making it challenging to produce visually appealing and well-organized documents.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

The best part of Panviva is the ability to customize the look of the information from a call center agents point of view. Making it easy to drill down into exactly what product the customer needs based on a couple simple questions to work through the flow in panviva.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

The ease of creating new pages takes quite a bit of time to get it perfect, wish there was a better way to upload the content and arrange as nessecary.

Panviva has all of our products loaded by brand and type allowing an agent to pull up all the relevant part numbers to place an order with the click of a button!

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Panviva helped us get to a true single-source for knowledge in our contact center.  We rely on it for all of our customer-facing procedures and scripting, as well as subject matter background and FAQ's.  Our agents are now able to retrieve the info they need in the context of a fast moving phone call or live chat.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

What you need to know going into it, is that it likely requires a philosophical change in how you manage KM and that it there is some initial investment.  However, that change is exactly what we needed as it supplied us with a consistent, repeatable methodology.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single source of information and scripts.  Fast access to procedures.  Searchable in a variety of ways.  Excellent search engine.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Panviva is great tool for customer service teams. We use it to store our large product porfolio as well as our internal work instructions and Panviva makes it easy to access this info for our customer service agents.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

It may take you bit to learn all the tips/tricks to building pages in Panviva on the Admin end. They were very helpful in the provided training.

Panviva is great for making our product catalog and work instructions easy to access for our internal customer service teams.

Panviva's 'guide on the side' allows the user to key transactions while having Panviva beside the transaction application.  

Panviva's style and standards create a uniform product that allows employees to seamlessly change roles while remaining familiar with the look and feel.  This is ideal for firms that invest in employee growth.

Phenomenal customer support.

The need to tag keywords to influence search results is a challenge for user adoption.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Our agents rely on Panviva every day. For us it's not just a reference tool, it's a training tool, a communications tool, and a true knowledge hub. It's very easy to use for end users. For administrators, Panviva can be customized for your needs without drowning you in customization options. It’s a powerful tool that becomes more essential as your business grows and the library of knowledge expands. I personally find the Feedback feature to be extremely helpful for collaboration between authors and SMEs. Their customer service is also exceptional, with incredibly attentive business partners and experts to help at a moment's notice. At the end of the day, Panviva is the best tool for the job. That’s why our training team always asks: Did you check Panviva?

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

The biggest pain points are with the reporting and admin interface. While it’s extremely easy to use for end users, it needs a group of very savvy and skilled authors and admins to utilize it to it’s full potential.

Panviva helps us deliver complex instructions and processes to a wide range of audiences.  It has a robust authoring system that’s easy to audit and can help organize even the most scattered business processes.

Panviva holds all our important information regarding our day to day processes.  It always the team to locate and solve questions/problems without having a bunch of sticky notes all over your desk.

I haven't found any problems with Panviva while using it.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

We currently us Panviva to house workflows and pathways for multiple specialties. I feel that the program itself is very user friendly from the end users perspective. The program allows us to notify our staff of any changes as well as monitoring the usage of each document in Panviva. We also use it for training purposes or attestations. This program as used frequently by our staff and provides easy navigation.
When using the system from the back end or the administrative side I found the system easy to navigate or use. I do believe that could be a few upgrades to help with the easy of creating and developing documents.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

I don't really dislike anything about Panviva but I do believe that there could be a few upgrades to help with the ease of creating and developing documents. Such as being able to apply filters when searching for documents on the back end of the program as well as some upgrades in the reports we are allowed to run in the system. Overall I enjoy using the program.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Panviva as a way to get workflows and pathways to our staff. This program allows us to notify al the staff at one time about changes that may effect there quality of work.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

I think from a user perspective, it is an intuitive one stop shop for information/resources.  It is very easy to navigate and find information.  Information is broken down into manageable chunks and has decision points with options to help the reps "choose their own adventure" when handling calls.  

Reps do not have to guess where to send different servcing requests for resolution.  They can use email templates that are clickable to easily send their requests where they need to go.  

Reps can also quickly send feedback on the processes to help keep them up to date and advise of any broken links, etc.  

From an authoring perspective, document manager is easy to use to set up folder structure to organize content. The drafting/editor window has easily identifiable icons for the various functions and has an autosave feature which is a great safety net feature. 

The Upland team provides wonderful support around the setup and authoring/editing of content.  Very helpful and proactive. They provided tools to help with Scoping and Discovery and were always available for consultation/trouble shooting.

From as Administration perspective, the Support Desk is quick to respond to any issues we raise and is ready to meet for more complex issues, if necessary.  Friendly and knowledgable staff.

Our Account Manager is great about keeping us in the loop about any software changes and offers helpful information/advice in our regular check in meetings.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

Sometimes with software updates, other functions may be impacted.  The Support Desk is friendly and responsive when addressing these challenges.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very much a single source of truth for our call centers that is intuitive and easy to use.  We're currently converting over a large number of new call center users to SupportPoint and have heard nothing but postive feedback about how much easier it is to use than the previous documentation tool.

Process vs Reference documents.
Limited amount of times you have to click to get to what you need.

Panviva has been very helpful to me, therefore I do not have any downsides to using it.

Panviva has allowed our department to have a  platform to go for information instead of the BIG manual.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

The best thing about SupportPoint for documentation folks like myself is the fact that it forces decision points when working a manual processing document. Prior to using SupportPoint our company used Word Doc/PDF format which left a lot of gray area in manual processing documentation. SupportPoint forces our subject matter experts (SMEs) to think critically about certain decision points that they left with much ambiguity in their previous forms of documentation. This allows for a more accurate and understood process for someone like a new hire who may be learning the business and using SupportPoint documentation to understand their own daily processes. Ultimately it has improved manual processing as a whole for our company!

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

The only things I would hope improve with the Document Manager functionality of SupportPoint are the bugs that we'll run into. A couple examples include image icons switch to another image icon without reason and document review workflows not applying properly when saved although they are set correctly. Luckily, Joe and the team at Upland are great with their support in resolving these issues and their efforts are much appreciated!

Panviva is implementing CollaborationHub to help enhance how we recieve, distribute and respond to feedback on our documentation. This appears to be a positive enhancement and I look forward to its implementation in the coming months!

Easily able to chunk tasks and supporting knowledge so that call center reps can quickly find the information they need while on the phone. Tasks are built for all users, both new and tenured, and information not needed regularly can be "hidden" in pop-ups or secondary windows so as not to clutter the information provided to the reader.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

I'd love to see more editing options. Right now the editing capabilities are very limited. Not able to use colors or underline. Unable to easily paste from external excel documents.

Previously documents that associates needed to do their jobs were shared via email, sometimes posted to SharePoint, discussed in team meetings, etc. This made it hard for associates to keep track of the current process or find the resource when they needed it. Having a global workforce also made it difficult to maintain consistency in procedures. Panviva has allowed us to have one central location for all tasks and supporting knowledge that can be updated in current time. We are able to alert associates within the software that changes have been made so they are notified immediately. There's no longer a need to save documents and go searching for them later. They can simply pull up the process they need when they need it. Having accurate, just-in-time resources is especially helpful to agility associates who don't do the same processes every day.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

Panviva is such a helpful, easy, and incredible solution for storing work process/instructions for any business. We are a call-center and have hundreds of work instructions which can be accessed or needed at any moment. This solution is built for that. However, we use Panviva in an even more unique way: as a product catalog. 

Our organization sells dental products and we have thousands of product in our portfolio. Panviva allows us to create product pages with colors, photos, technical information, and build out each page as a flowchart to ensure our agents know exactly which product to offer, which products are compatible with particular product, and keep us extremely organized. Any company which has a large product catalog ... I highly reccomend using this solution. 

I often joke and say if Panviva didn't exist then I simply wouldn't be able to perform my job. It takes the pain of flipping through 300+ pages of detailed product in a physical catalog and instead makes finding the product only a few clicks away. You can design each page in a way that your agent needs to ask probing questions for process of elmination to find each product. 

Panviva is amazing and only continues to get better. Any time I have reached out to the team for support they have responded quickly.

The designing and authoring of pages can be a bit tedious and overwhelming to learn. Thankfully once you learn it then it just clicks. I will also say sent this feedback in early on and Panviva sent a member of their team to our organization to give us a hands on training!

Panviva resolves the need to flip through a physical catalog to find which product we need to order for our customer. Picture the pain of looking at a Cheesecake Factory menu trying to find 1 individual item. Now picture that menu but multiplied by 3,000. Panviva makes it possible to find that product in only a few clicks.

I've been implementing Panviva libraries across healthcare systems for over 10 years. Panviva is still the solution I recommend for any deparment leader needing their staff to work with high levels of efficiency and accruacy amidst constant changes. It's more than just an application, it's a methodology for accessing information in a way that supports staff in their moment of need.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

Implementing Panviva highlights that we ask our staff to keep up with constantly changing information. The application is easy to update, but you have to make the time to do it. While some enhancements have come quickly, overhauls to reporting and image map functionality have taken longer than I'd like.

Panviva is getting the same information across a health system with multiple locations. This reduces staffing needs by allowing call centers to cover more than one site.

Panviva is easy to use, it is a one stop shop! It carries all the information we need and use on a daily basis, very easy to locate what you are looking for. Our department is very fast paced and updates are constantly changing but with Panviva we are always on the same page and updates are received in a timely manner. Last but not least, everyone at Panviva is awesome! Very helpful and great to work with!

One thing I would change would be to automatically save any updates added to the homepage, having these updates automatically switch over to an archived folder will save a lot of time when we constantly update information.

There are so many benefits of using Panviva for both end users and content managers or authors. Users enjoy a simple interface that provides quick access to the most used reference documents, awesome search capabilities, and a wide variety of content formats from price lists to step-by-step business processes. Content authors love how Panviva allows reuse of content across multiple user groups and platforms, controls versioning automatically, and manages end user feedback.  It has provided a solid platform for serving as the "source of truth" through numerous mergers, product and system launches. Outside of system functionality, the Panviva support team is truly world class and provides a real connection to the company that feels like a continued partnership long after the sale.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

There aren't any specific areas that I dislike about Panviva. The software serves it's function as we need it to in all areas. Panviva is very responsive to needs expressed by customers and provides updates and enhancements regularly.

Panviva provides all employees with access to a curated and easily accessed knowledge base at the time the end user needs the information. It enabled us to change directions very rapidly during the pandemic to redeploy employees into new job roles, launch new businesses very succesfully, and communicate rapidly changing product and system enhancements to a widely geographically dispersed work-at-home audience.

I love how Panviva transforms and provide storage for content and scripting previously contained in huge physical binders or multiple locations. It is a one stop shop to provide instructions and house links to various documents your employees need quick access to on a daily basis.

Our organization has a very attentive CSM, Kelly Turner. Since Kelly has been our CSM, we are exposed and utilizing all of the wonderful tools Panviva has to offer such as the Panviva Community and the various forums. She keeps us abreast of upcoming changes in a timely manner and is always readily available when needed.

**What do you like best about Upland Panviva?**

The ability to compartmentalize information is great.

The feedback system was rudimentary when we initially started using Panviva, but has greatly evolved and works very well now.

The ability to track a document's edit history has really helped with audits. 

The ability to control who can view/edit/remove a document has helped us make sure the reps get the information they need without confusion.

The search functionality has greatly improved since we first started using Panviva and helps our reps efficiently find the information they require.

**What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?**

I think our biggest frustration with Panviva are the issues with making mass changes across multiple documents. For example, if you create a template and then use that template across many pages--400 or more in our case--and then need to change something within the template, all documents with the template must be manually changed. There is no "parent" template that you can create and edit that will then edit all of the subsequent templates. Similarly, the global find-and-replace is a nice feature to have on the surface, but we've found that it is temperamental, buggy, and limited in what it can replace. In the 7 years that we've been using Panviva, it does not seem to have improved.

We dislike the limited functionality of the Side Window display. Our reps routinely open side windows for reference information while still using the core Panviva window to follow a procedure, but we are limited by the lack of left tab functionality for the side window display. (For example, a stand-alone window with an A-Z menu on the left side would have been very useful for us in numerous situations.)

The functionality of the Taskflow tab in which arrows always linearly point to the next task, even for branching tasks, is confusing to users and has basically led us not to use it.

Finally, more options for styles/formats, such as a third level of bulletpoints, when creating a document would be nice.

**What problems is Upland Panviva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've streamlined document creation and managing content updates so our users rarely encounter conflicting information. 

We've greatly cut down on the amount of time our users spend searching for the info they need. 

We've slightly cut down on training time. 

We've given our users more independence without the need to stop to ask questions.

I love the ease of getting needed and requested information to our team.  Everyone is provided the same information so it takes a lot of guessing out of performing their role.  I also like that the team is able to interact with the authors directly.  They are at the pulse of the concerns and updates and it helps to be able to get information directly from them in this way.  Furthemore, Our new hires also learn to use Panviva as a trusted resource during training so they become familiar with the application within the first week on the team.  That allows them to build confidence and become more independent much quicker.

There really isn't anything I dislike about Panviva.  Typically if I have a question or concern there is always someone on their team that is able to assist.

Panviva allows our department to provide consistent information.  This allows the team to give the same response to patients that may be looking for a different or specific answer from represtantative to representative. I love how Panviva allows me to break down complex processes into managable steps.  Ease of use for back and front end users is a bonus.  Our training time has drastically decreased after implementing Panviva and out of all the KM tools I use in my role, Panviva is the easiest to use.  I would call it my favorite Knowledge Management tool.

Support is slow to fix major issues.  Some features are complicated to use and could do well with an upgrade (for example, quick link grids are time-consuming and complicated to edit once created).

Some of our processes are extremely complicated and our end users struggled to follow the steps.  Panviva has allowed me, as an author, to break down these processes and more clearly guide users to follow appropriate steps.  Our end users struggled with having information across a multitude of programs and Panviva allows us to house all types of information so end users only need to use one source of truth: Panviva.

This tool cannot be duplicated in SharePoint and many businesses think it's the same.  I am not familiar with any other software that provides the Panviva tools.

We have increased efficiencies with accessing information and streamlined our training process.  Have implemented with other operational departments as well. Our Customer Success team has used Panviva for several years and we have found it to be very effective in assiting staff with  inquries.  The tool is accessed mutiple times a day, on various topics.  Many of our inquiries are complex.  With the ability for staff to "drill down" into information, staff are able to easliy access and provide accurate information.

We have had very few issues and outages - the overall support has been great.

- The ability to layer information using task flows, secondary windows, image maps and pop-ups means less experienced team members can drill down for further explanation if required, while more experienced users are not required to scroll through reams of basic information.

- The "workflow" functionality takes the admin overhead out of document control tasks as Authors, Reviewers and Approvers receive system triggers to review, update and feedback via SupportPoint.

-We regularly run reports on system utilisation, most accessed documents and most searched for key words etc. to inform our approach to creating an effective work instruction respository .

What I like best about Panviva is the ability to develop & upload documents within minutes. As a tech writer I often receive urgent requests that impact our processes. Panviva allows us to upload pdf, word, excel documents, and images litereally within minutes. For important updates, every second counts when providing crucial information to our customer support teams.

What I dislike about Panviva is the inability to create documents with color, such as a grid or background. Due to the various types of policies offered by BSWHP, there are restrictions for some benefits. It would be nice to have the ability to create a colorful grid or highlight an item to call out details for those particular groups.

Documents can be found in 3 clicks or less which makes it quick to find what you're looking for. I feel like the Manager portion of the platform could be more user friendly. Sometimes it is hard to nagivate or look for a certian document.
