What I love most about Samsara is how it puts everything in one simple, easy-to-use platform. Real-time tracking, safety tools, fuel insights, and compliance, all together, no more switching between apps. The AI dash cams are fantastic, they don’t just record, they actually coach drivers and help prevent accidents in real time. It also integrates smoothly with tools like maintenance systems, so everything syncs automatically and saves a ton of time. Their onboarding and support are excellent too, a dedicated team helps you set up quickly and keeps supporting you even after launch. Honestly, the biggest downsides for me are the high cost, it can feel expensive, sometimes the tracking has slight delays or glitches. Sometimes the AI cameras seem not good. Samsara is really helping us with a few key problems. We now know exactly where our vehicles are and how drivers are behaving, thanks to real-time tracking and AI dash cams. It’s improved safety and given us solid proof when needed. It’s also showing us where fuel is being wasted, so we’re cutting costs. HOS compliance used to be a headache, but now it’s automatic and accurate. Means no more violations or fines. Having content all in the same area for all users has been the best part about the system and ensuring everything is in one spot. Our team loves the system and thats the best part about having this system. That becomes difficult to keep up with but also to ensure that they utilize it. It is very user friendly, both from the Admin side and User side. It does cut down on how often team members need to reach out for help because they are able to search and find the answers themselves quickly. You can integrate it with other programs like a website or salesforce platforms. It can be set up to be used by external users like customers looking for answers on your public website.
