**What do you like best about Unim?**

The only thing perhaps I like about this product is the level of customization it offers to the end-user. It boasts of different features such as marketing automation, workflow management but none of its features I believe works any better.

**What do you dislike about Unim?**

The biggest problem I have faced with this product is its inefficient server system, It keeps showing you"500 Internal errors" which is frustrating at times and downgrades the experience of the user. Moreover, the entire system takes too long to respond which further disappoints the user.

**Recommendations to others considering Unim:**

Don't fall for this product, Go for a better one!

**What problems is Unim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had gone for this product to solve the basic problem which was to unify different features in one place such as marketing automation, workflow management, relationship marketing but to no avail, the system is buggy and we are unable to realize any aforementioned features perfectly so far.
