That would cause us to have to submit up to six timesheets in a month. Unanet does it by pay period which gaurantees that we only have to submit one per paycheck. This is very helpful and streamlined. **What do you dislike about Unanet GovCon?** Some of the issues stated here may be due to issues from the company side. During implementation many of the workers had to resubmit timecards because the wrong task number was initially used. For a couple workers, task codes for PTO and Holiday were not available and we had to wait to submit the time card the first week. The website itself is difficult to navigate as you must click on timecard then list or dashboard. Recommend making to where if you click on timecard or expense it goes to the dashboard immediately, then if someone wants to go to somehwere else on the sitemap they could simply hover over the top tier. Additionally, I have yet to be able to log on to Unanet GovCon on my mobile app as the mobile app asks for a username and password which GPGov employees do not use to log on to unanet. I have not yet figured out how to do so but I also have not tried very hard. **What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timecard integration. Allows me to log my work hours. ### 3. This doesn't align to our daily workflow, in which projects often cross CLINs. **What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's supposed to solve the lack of synchronization between our time keeping, utilization management, and invoicing. Impossible to use unless you've been trainined in it. Not Intuitive **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Summer T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023 **What do you like best about Unanet GovCon?** What I like best about Unanet GovCon is that there is a lot of customizability, and it's nice to have control over how to manage contracts and timekeeping, etc. **What do you dislike about Unanet GovCon?** There is SO much going on in Unanet GovCon. During implementation, we probably ignored over 70% of what is available to use and it was still total information overload. To successfully set certain capabilities up, you sometimes have to set them up in three very different places for it to work. Sometimes, if you set it up in one place and not another, it is the WRONG place and it does not work. THERE IS NO USER GUIDE for implementation. There is only the help articles and videos on Unanet University. As a small company with no staff dedicated 100% to setting up this system, we really needed a user guide for set up! THERE IS NO SEARCH FUNCTION. You cannot search for anything in Unanet. You just have to know where it is. But nothing is intuitive, and nothing is explained. There is no functionality for basic things like selecting what type of leave someone is requesting. Many of the reports cannot be exported as excel spreadsheets. It can be difficult or impossible to get reports to show me only the information I want. **What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple companies housed under the same ERP. ### 7. International characters makes system crash. This has been a bug for years that has been reported but not fixed. Not prepared for mobile use. No app or compatibility to mobile devices. Not practical for organizations on the go. Complicated process for upload of receipts. Need to scan/photo separately and then upload. General bad user interface. Not intuitive. I see this weekly when on boarding new consultants. They just remove drop down lists and make you search for e.g. project lists. If you want a complete list, you have to enter "%".
